Shrinivas is a Business Startup Expert & Mentor, with the focus on working with Individuals and Businesses to help them launch Business Startups around validated Business Opportunities.

Worked for 25 years with Global Technology teams of multinational companies like HSBC Bank, DBS Bank and Cognizant in Senior Management and Transformation roles. Lived in India, US, UK and Germany during my corporate stint and managed cross functional & diverse teams across Asia, Europe, North America and South America.  Plus more than 8 years working with startups and businesses as a Business Coach and Consultant on their Business Model design, growth using Innovation & Transformation.

With a Masters degree in Computer Management from Pune University, have certifications in the field of Design Thinking & Innovation from MIT & Columbia University, AI & ML Certification from IIIT Hyderabad, Digital Transformation from ISB and Executive Leadership programs from IIMB.  As a Professional Certified Coach, have coached Business Owners, Individuals, Leaders, Teams/Groups on various Innovation & Business Transformation themes. I also teach as Visiting Faculty on Business Innovation topics and as a Startup mentor with various Incubators/Accelerators.​

Roopa holds Diploma in Electrical Engineering and BBA in Marketing Management from DY Patil University. She is currently pursuing the Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Symbiosis University.  

As an Operational Head and Counsellor, she is responsible for the overall operations at MohaLabs and provides counselling services to Business owners and Startup co-founders on matters related to Business Startup Challenges. 

She provides the logistical and operational support required for both businesses and startup labs to ensure the smooth operations of the overall Business Startup Program.
