Shrinivas is a Startup & New Business Consultant, with the focus on working with Individuals and Businesses to help them solve challenges using Creative Ideas and innovating them to start as well as scale new Businesses.

Worked for more than 25 years with Global Technology teams of multinational companies like HSBC Bank, DBS Bank and Cognizant in Senior Management and Transformation roles. Lived in India, US, UK and Germany during my corporate stint and managed cross functional & diverse teams across Asia, Europe, North America and South America. 

Plus more than 5 years working with startup and businesses as a Business Coach and Consultant on their Business Model design, growth using Innovation & Transformation.

After retiring early from Corporate life at the age of 50, I started my first consulting business -- and I’ve never looked back.

With a Masters degree in IT Management from Pune University, have certifications in the field of Design Thinking & Innovation from MIT & Columbia University, Digital Transformation from ISB and Executive Leadership programs from IIMB. Pursuing Research at the Swiss School of Business Management in Business Model Innovation. 

I have led and implemented Innovation & Transformation programs for more than a decade in varied aspects of Business and Digital areas. Truly believe that ' Innovation & Transformation' are key in unlocking the potential value of any new Ideas.

As a Professional Certified Coach, have coached Business Owners, Individuals, Leaders, Teams/Groups on various Innovation & Business Transformation themes.
